Director of Learning

We invite applicants for the position of Director of Learning, starting in August 2018.

Reporting to the Principal, the Director of Learning leads the work of the teaching team to ensure that :

       - The quality of teaching and learning is outstanding
       - Students with different aptitudes and aspirations make good progress and strive for excellence in achievement
       - The curriculum is accessible, student-centred and relevant to 21st century needs

Support staff Posts:

Applications are invited for the following positions as soon as possible:

1. Accounts Assistant

2. ICT Technician

- Higher Diploma or Associate Degree holder in Computing or Computer Science discipline (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Holder of MCP / MCITP /CCNA or related certificate
- Good communication in both written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with current operating systems Window 7 and 10, hardware and mainstream software. 
- Experience in using/support in MacOS will have an advantage.

Teaching staff Post:

1. Teacher of English (2 January 2018 - 29 June 2018)    

    - English language specialist needed to teach MYP Language Acquisition to junior secondary students wanted for both whole class teaching
      as well as English Language Enhancement Programme. 
    - Essential: Strong subject knowledge and ability to build motivation and confidence as well as strong skills in weak learners. Flexibility and
      ability to collaborate effectively within teaching teams. 
    - Desirable: PGCE/PGDE or be willing to obtain qualification. MYP Language Aquisition/ MYP language &Literature experience and Cambridge
      DELTA qualification.
    - Two year contract available for suitably experience candidate
