Ms. Doris Chan BSc, PGCE
Ms. Chan joined CSS in 2019. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Alberta and majored in Food Science and Technology. After her graduation, she became her professor’s research assistant for a year because she wanted to pursue her passion for baking. After completed her Certificate in Baking from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, she worked in Edmonton Convention Centre pastry kitchen for more than three years as a pastry commis chef. Ms. Chan enjoys working in educational institutions. She joined ESF Island School in Hong Kong as a food technician while completing her PGCE, specialising in food, at the University of Sunderland.
