On 29 January 2026, Creative Secondary School welcomed Primary 5 students from Creative Primary School for a day designed to give them a taste of secondary school life. The visit aimed to offer these young learners opportunities to experience the learning environment at CSS and gain insights into what awaits them in their educational journey ahead.

Students participated in interactive taster sessions across multiple subjects, including Chinese, English, Mathematics, Music, Drama, and Spanish. Each class was carefully designed to reflect the engaging and dynamic teaching approaches that characterize learning at CSS. The sessions allowed the Primary 5 students to experience firsthand how lessons are conducted at the secondary level, while also giving them chances to interact with CSS teachers and current students.

Student ambassadors led guided tours around the campus, sharing personal stories about their own experiences adapting to secondary school life. These ambassadors, who themselves made the transition from CPS to CSS, walked the Primary 5 students through various facilities, explained different programmes available at CSS, and answered questions about everything from academic life to co-curricular activities. Their authentic perspectives helped to ease any anxieties about the transition while building excitement for the future.

Parents and teachers from CPS also joined the visit, observing the taster sessions and tours. They had opportunities to see the learning spaces, meet CSS staff, and witness the supportive community that defines the school culture.

The visit reinforced the strong connection between CPS and CSS within the Creative Schools Continuum, and we look forward to welcoming these bright young minds as part of the CSS family.
