Weather Arrangement Policy

What should I do if there is a Typhoon or Rainstorm?

In bad weather conditions, our school will be closed when the Education Bureau announces the closure of secondary schools. This occurs either because of a severe typhoon or very heavy rain.

In the event of special weather arrangements, the Education Bureau will make a decision by 6 a.m. and this information will be distributed to the media. For more information please refer to their guidelines.

Under normal circumstances, CSS will follow the Government’s and the Education Bureau’s recommendation and any alerts will be posted on the website and eClass. CSS will not call parents directly and parents are responsible for checking for any announcements.
