Creative Secondary School welcomed back students and all staff members in the third week of August, starting the new school year 2021-2022.
From 18th to 20th August, CSS held various orientation activities for new and current students before the new school year. There were assemblies for them. They also got new student handbooks and took photos for the new school year. These activities were aimed at letting both new and current students get familiar with campus life. Students also had a chance to set their goals for the coming new school year. Form 1 and MY1 parents participated in an online briefing session to enhance their understanding of CSS.
When all classes returned to school on 20th August, we also held our first assembly with the National Flag Raising Ceremony.
Before the start of the new school year, CSS welcomed several of new teachers and support staff to join our school community. We held a New Teachers’ Orientation Day, to introduce each other and understand our structure and curriculum etc. We also held All Teachers’ Meetings to prepare for the new year.
