On 15 September 2023, our school held the annual swimming gala at the Tseung Kwan O public swimming pool.
The Swimming Gala is regarded as one of the many school events our students look forward to, especially since it is the first event that kicks off the school year. One of many held over the years, this year we had one of the best swimmer sign ups, solidly beating last year's attendance. Thankfully, against all odds, the weather for the swimming gala was fortunate. Even if we had to take a momentary pause for rain, the day mostly went off without a hitch. During the gala, we had two record breakers and multiple podium placers along with a plethora of impressive results. This year’s Form 5 students were supportive and helpful throughout the entire event, assisting teachers as well as running the event with great enthusiasm.
Our 2023-24 swimming gala was a great success, and we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved, including teachers, student helpers, and participants.
