1. Communications & Public Relations (PR) Assistant 

 

Creative Secondary School (CSS), Creative Primary School (CPS), and Creative Primary School Kindergarten (CPSKG), members of the Creative Schools Continuum are looking for a Communications and PR assistant to join their Public Relations and Communication Team. Candidates with deep interest and passion for progressive education from age 3 to 17 are encouraged to apply for this position. 

 

The appointee shall be responsible for Continuum’s marketing & public relations functions, including planning and implementation of school promotional events and activities, as well as communicating and reporting across different social media platforms. Scope of duties include assisting with website updating, preparing communication materials, publications, copy writings, and press releases, planning and conducting marketing campaigns, and assisting, supporting, and reporting on school events as well as alumni relation developments. 

 

The appointee reports directly to the Communications & PR Manager of Creative Secondary School.

 

Qualifications:


 

  • Bachelor's degree in language, journalism, marketing, and/or communications

  • 1 to 2 years experience in the marketing, communication, User-Experience (UEx) fields, preferably in the education sector preferred

 

Requirements:

               

  • Strong communication skills and fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Putonghua 

  • Has a growth mindset, creative and with a strong ability to “think outside the box” 

  • Good working knowledge and skills in graphic design, photoshop, and web design software would be a definite advantage 

  • Skills and working knowledge of digital marketing tools

  • An excellent team player

2. 聘請校工

工作範圍:負責日常校舍清潔、協助學校佈置場地、搬運物資、外勤、雜務及其他學校指派的工作。

 

職位要求:無不良嗜好、盡責、需靈活變通、勤奮有禮及守時。

 

工作時間:每週工作五天半。(需輪班工作及鎖門)
