CSS Chinese Language B students participated in the 6th Putonghua competition for non-Chinese students. The competition was held by the University of Hong Kong and YMCA of Hong Kong Christian College on 29 April 2017. Their excellent performance led to the following prizes:
1. Solo verse speaking (junior form) 1st Runner-up: MY1 Ca Kang Elizabet
2. Solo verse speaking (senior form) Champion: F4 Ba Anna Ting
3. Solo verse speaking (senior form) Creative Performance Award: F4 Bo Wright Jasmine
4. Choral speaking 2nd Runner-up: F2 Ja Kwok Adelle, F5 Ju Chong Clio, F5 Ba Furukado Moe, F5 Ja Chan Eugenia
This is the fifth year CSS has won awards in the above categories. The outstanding results are attributed to the hard work of both our teachers and students.
