CSS Welcomes New Families with a Heartwarming New Parents Welcome Party

On 30 August, CSS warmly welcomed new families to our vibrant community with the New Parents Welcome Party held by PTA, which was filled with insightful sharing, meaningful connections, and cheerful moments, marking the beginning of an exciting and fruitful journey for our newest members.

The evening commenced with the PTA team delivering an engaging presentation on its vital role as a bridge between school and home. By fostering collaboration and communication, they highlighted their mission to support student development and strengthen the partnership between parents and the school.

Following this, Principal Stephen Hinde addressed the audience with thoughtful insights on key topics, including student adaptation, well-being, and future academic pathways. His speech set an encouraging tone for the year ahead, emphasizing the importance of a united school community in supporting every student's success.

A delightful musical performance by CSS students brought smiles to everyone’s faces, adding a joyful atmosphere to the evening. As parents mingled over light refreshments, warm conversations sparked new friendships and strengthened the bonds within the CSS family, following which we were honored to hear CSS alum parent Mr. Tam share his UK journey with us. His valuable reflections offered inspiration and guidance to new families embarking on similar paths.
