Our Food preparation and nutrition students embarked upon a global culinary adventure this term, turning the kitchen into a passport for international flavour.

Form 2 students reimagined the classic Italian Margharita pizza.oving beyond convenience,to create handmade masterpieces packed with nutrition and inventive toppings like Lobster Bisque and creamy Carbonara.
Form 3 students explored Mexican cuisine by crafting traditional Burritos with balanced fillings and fresh spices, while also mastering the art of hand-made Chinese dumplings and wontons using natural food colourings and modern plating techniques.
Meanwhile, Form 6 students delved into Spanish culinary traditions, perfecting the iconic Tortilla Española and Pan con Tomate through careful preparation and authentic cooking methods.
Beyond developing advanced culinary skills, these hands-on experiences allowed students to engage with different cultures, cuisines and languages, practising Spanish and Cantonese while cooking.
