Flag Raising Ceremony Students’ Sharing 2026-3-26

Ann and Oriana, both students from Form 6 Cassia, did a sharing to celebrate their last day as F.6 IBDP students. They reflected on their school life in the past 6 years, talking about their most memorable moments. They also wished all the F.6 students the best in the upcoming public exams.

Ann: Good morning, Principal, Assistant Principals, teachers, and our fellow students. I’m Ann, from F6 Cassia.

Oriana: 大家好，我叫Oriana，都是來自中六黃愧社。

Ann: After 6 incredible years in CSS, I can’t believe it’s almost time for us to say goodbye.

Oriana: 是啊！而有讀MY1的同學就在學校讀了7年，我真的想不到時間過得這麼快！

Ann: F6 IBDP students will take their study leave in April, which means there are only four school days left, including today.

Oriana: IBDP 國際文憑試的考試將於四月二十七日開始，我們真的要好好利用這段時間去溫習，作最後的衝刺！

Ann: Hey Oriana, do you remember the time back in F3 when we finished our CP presentation slides in 2 days right before the deadline?

Oriana: 記得！當時對我們來說真是充滿挑戰性，也感到巨大的壓力。但是最後我們也成功克服困難。對比我們最近的工作量，原來當年的我們只體驗到高中生活一部分。

Ann: I agree, nowadays, not only do we have to complete 10 CAS experiences and 2 CAS projects, but also three essays.

Oriana: 不止三篇！其實我們差不多每科都需要寫論文。

Ann: Well, at least all of these are now done! Oriana, what’s the most memorable thing you’ve done in these 6 years?

Oriana: 很難說哪一次最難忘，因為有太多美好回憶了。有一次, 我和朋友們在大雨中，趟著七吋深的水走回家。我們一路笑個不停。那麼Ann，你呢？

Ann: Wow, Oriana, that’s a wonderful memory that warms my heart. This makes me wish I had cherished my school days more while balancing our academics. My most memorable activity is definitely going to Creative Week with my friends! Seeing the students going to different places made me miss Iceland last year. But also, participating in sports teams and student leader activities made my school life more fulfilling by pushing me to step out of my comfort zone.

Oriana: 十分同意！ 我給各位師弟妹們的建議是: 經過一整天的活動後，一定要好好休息。給自己一些休閒時間作為獎勵非常重要，這樣才能避免過度疲勞。

Ann: Definitely, I hope you are taking breaks from your studies, too, Oriana.

Oriana:對⋯⋯ Ann，你覺得你畢業後會最掛念學校的是甚麼呢？

Ann: I will definitely miss all the teachers here in CSS, no matter if they have taught us for 1 or 6 years. We are deeply grateful for their support along the way - they stood by us kindly, even when we were frustrating to deal with. Thank you, teachers.

Oriana: 我也想跟我們的班主任們說謝謝，她由中一開始到現在，這五年期間很悉心地照顧我們。張老師，謝謝 !

Ann: We would also like to thank all the tutors and teachers for all of their support. Our school life started rough, COVID made us stay at home for online classes for 2 years, it was very difficult to socialise back then, thankfully, everyone was sociable.

Oriana: 對啊！當年他們甚至還特意創建了 Discord 和 WhatsApp 群聊，以便與大家保持聯繫；我很高興看到同學們都建立了很好的友誼。

Ann: Speaking of which, I definitely think our cohort experienced the most changes, glad that we were able to adapt well. That’s pretty much for our sharing. After experiencing MYP graduation, I am so excited for our graduation on 5th June and the graduation dinner on 6th June.

Oriana: 在此祝福所有中六同學考試順利！ 還有啓思中學這個大家庭的其他成員，我們會想念你們的！
