On 13 and 16 June 2025, twenty-four CSS students joined our sport-climbing field trips at Hong Kong Climbing Park (Sha Tin), embracing the chance to push past their comfort zones. From first-time climbers to seasoned enthusiasts, everyone harnessed up and tackled 10-metre walls under top-rope belay, testing physical endurance and confronting the fear of heights.

Beyond the thrill of the ascent, this immersive outing offered valuable lessons in resilience and teamwork. Climbers learned to manage setbacks—practising safe falls, adjusting grips, and recalibrating their approach—while belayers provided steady encouragement and real-time feedback. .

CSS remains committed to hands-on, character-building experiences like sport climbing, where students forge grit, deepen camaraderie, and discover that no height is beyond reach.
